Charles “Chuck” Schoninger is a seasoned real estate developer and mezzanine debt fund manager who founded Zephyr Development in 2000. He has led the acquisition, entitlement, development, and sale of mixed-use real estate projects, raising over $50 million in private equity and developing more than 12,000 single-family lots for major homebuilders. Since relocating to Wilmington, North Carolina in 2007, he has focused on the Wilmington Riverfront Redevelopment while strategically navigating market conditions to maximize investment returns.
John Wang is the President and founding member of Pacific Coast Realty Services Inc. and a partner at VenQuest Hotel Group, managing a diverse portfolio of hotels and commercial properties across the U.S. He serves as a Senior Advisory Board member of Cathay Bank and previously played a key role in the strategic planning of General Bank, including the formation of GBC Venture Capital. A former member of Taiwan’s Parliament, John remains an active community leader and philanthropist, serving on multiple nonprofit boards while also advising the Premier of Taiwan.
